this link is from an amazing site called The Shroomery. there is all kinds of useful information for the beginning and experienced cultivator alike. the pf tek is what most beginners start out with, so you should give that a thorough reading, and start from there.
also, Ralphster’s Spores is probably the best place to get syringes on the web. for microscopic study, of course : )
