It stimulates the opiate receptors so you could fall down, so its best to have a place where you can lay down. You tell people they are OK not pester them and ask, “are you OK”. Remind them to breath, slowly and deeply. Have some mellow music or no music at all. The one positive part of this video is the camera guy reminded him that it will wear off in about 3 min.

This was pretty funny, but 2 things if you want to get fucked out of this earth.
1. Turn off those overhead lights, it discombobulates the person tripping.
2. If you use a butane (torch) lighter, you will have a guaranteed trip. Inhale as you are burning the salvia for direct effects.
